In Our Opinion:
In the wake of Exeter Township’s Board of Supervisor’s latest dumpster fire last night, it’s high time we break the silence surrounding Vice Chairman Ted Gardella and go full throttle in unmasking this imbecile for the world to see.
Ted Gardella is a walking disaster, a menace to society, and everyone is well aware of it. Dare to expose his severe narcissistic personality disorder, and you’ll find yourself bullied to the max – online, in public, everywhere this vile man can spew his venom.
This twisted individual has taken the art of vicious defamation to new heights. Remember when he lied for months about Hughes’ fabricated sexual harassment claims, just to boost his pathetic political career and inflate his sick ego? Or when he tried to get Jerry Gellef fired by emailing his employer from his supervisor account and then publicly humiliating Gellef at a school board meeting?
Gardella’s toxic, delusional persona and his relentless pursuit of destroying anyone who calls him out is nothing new – he got axed in Michigan for the same crap. And let’s not forget his dirty little secret: he accepted cash from a notorious anti-LGBTQIA+ group in Michigan.
Now he’s tearing our township apart with his pitiful, illiterate minions like Bell and Vollmer, backed by a useless bureaucracy that’s hellbent on meddling in the politics of the township.
But we won’t let these bullies win, will we? We’ll unmask their constant misconduct, their relentless bullying, their bogus Facebook profiles, and their absurd attempts to let garbage disposal and hotel/garment businesses hijack our township’s finances.
Let’s take a trip down memory lane to recall how Gardella’s toxic antics ruined his career in Michigan a decade ago. The man is a career failure, bouncing from one non-profit to another, with little more than a seventh-grade math education book to his name. Yet he parades around like an expert, spewing his false credentials to anyone willing to listen. And to Gardella, don’t bother trying to lie your way out of this mess – we know way more about you than you could ever imagine. You need help, and fast.
Fast forward ten years, and Gardella is at it again in Pennsylvania, bullying everyone in his path with at least five instances of trying to destroy others’ lives:
- Hughes: His obsession and pathological need to destroy anyone who challenges his delusions led him to lie about and harass Hughes for a year.
- Jerry Geleff: Gardella tried to use township funds to sue Geleff for exercising his First Amendment rights, then emailed Geleff’s employer from his township supervisor account, accusing Geleff of being a pedophile, racist, and supremacist. When his pathetic attempts failed, this raging lunatic went into a public school board meeting, (time stamp 2 mins 1 sec for Gardella’s 4 mins venom, 3 hours 22 min 40 sec for the public rebuttal) hell-bent on humiliating Geleff and spewing his misdirected fury and venom on him for everyone to witness. This disgraceful outburst forced an apology and a stern reprimand from the school board’s solicitor. Utterly shameful!
And the list of Gardella’s twisted antics just keeps growing:
- He shamelessly accused Fred Whitehawk of breaking into the township office, with the bigger lie being that an audit committee meeting was held illegally. This sick man even had the audacity to ask the solicitor to investigate potential charges. John Dubach was also a target in Gardella’s twisted scheme to ruin Fred.
- As for Jim Ruoff, Gardella manipulated the situation to oust him as Vacancy Chairman simply because he believed Jim was siding with Supervisor Hughes. What a damn fool. He replaced him with Diana Reeser, who’s clearly in cahoots with his vile little group.
Gardella is seriously disturbed, and his escalating bullying tactics are a clear sign of a deep-rooted mental illness. We’ll pray for him, for the township employees, and for all of us, the residents and taxpayers.
It’s disgraceful and devastating to watch our township crumble under the weight of this toxic individual and his cronies. These scumbags are few in number, yet look at the colossal destruction they’re causing. Unbelievable!
Wake up, Exeter. When the lazy policing of discourse stifles normal debate, the result is a vicious cycle of violence, repression, and reaction. If we can’t maintain a culture where “I don’t agree with that” is met with reasoned and measured responses, we’re left with chaos. Normal debate is how we coexist; stifling it is a recipe for disaster.
