- Jack Piho – another despicable, divisive, and hopelessly incompetent clown, straight outta the Galtere, Gardella, Vollmer, and Bell playbook. He has no right to be anywhere near Exeter Township governance!
- Their website? A polished sham designed to dupe you into thinking these dimwits have any brains or skill. They’re not going to make it better, Exeter.
- Greg Galtere, a Democrat and ex-supervisor whose boneheaded decisions brought our township to its knees, is now calling the shots as campaign manager. Unbelievable.
It’s the same never-ending parade of clueless, inept buffoons! They believe they’re fighting for their precious golf club, but they’re nothing more than puppets for corrupt garbage collection and local garment/hospitality industries. These deep-pocketed leeches have mastered the art of exploiting our township’s finances through overpriced, high-margin contracts. Classic corruption – and it’s working like a charm!

Claims that Clarence Hamm served Exeter Township dutifully, but let us tell you the cold, hard truth: that’s complete BS.
Hamm is just another deceitful clown in cahoots with the disastrous Gardella-Vollmer-Bell-Foy-ERCCP gang that has been wreaking havoc on our community for years. This man, whose writing skills are stuck at a fifth-grade level, managed to climb the ranks simply because those above him were blind to his sheer incompetence.
After retiring, the very same gang of inept ERCCP stooges, led by Galtere and backed by Gardella, Vollmer, Bell, and Piho, handed Hamm a golden ticket back into the township. At a staggering cost of over half a million dollars to taxpayers over 5 years, including a CEO pension and months of vacations, Hamm wasted no time in resuming his crooked activities. Here are two undeniable examples:
- Hamm had a contractor friend build pricey, yet stunning wooden stairs connecting the Library and Dunn Center for a whopping $22,000. These unauthorized stairs were neither up to code nor ADA compliant, forcing the township to demolish them less than a year later at an added cost of $24,000. That’s right, folks, Hamm’s unethical actions cost taxpayers a staggering $46,000!
- Hamm was also responsible for another set of illegal stairs at RCC, costing $15,000. This incident contributed to an ADA complaint, which resulted in a $1.9 million bill for mandatory repairs to the Reading Country Club – a burden the taxpayers now have to bear.

But wait, there’s more. Hamm was fired from Exeter Township just one year into his cushy deal after attempting to entrap supervisors Bell, Hughes, and Kirshner in a Sunshine Act violation. He tried to secretly record them during a seemingly innocent safety visit to the Dunn Center. However, Hamm’s idiocy shone through when he struggled to operate the recording equipment, leading to his exposure and subsequent termination.
Ladies and gentlemen, this is the real Clarence Hamm – a deceitful, incompetent buffoon who has no business holding any office whatsoever.

Jack Piho is nothing but a deceitful RINO who’s been playing you all. This two-faced “supervisor” cozied up to Democratic candidates Carl Staples and Greg Galtere while donating to Galtere’s campaign. Don’t be fooled by his sweet grandpa act – he’s cut from the same cloth as the morons who’ve been wrecking our township for over a decade: Galtere, Gardella, Vollmer, Bell, and resume-faker Foy.
When the Republican Party saw through Piho’s BS, they didn’t list him on the Hughes ticket. And what did Piho do? Like a true snake, he spent months launching personal attacks, lies, and slander against Hughes, both publicly and online. He’s just another member of the vindictive, incompetent clique that’s been screwing up our township for years.
Take, for example, the sham change.org petition – completely discredited because it’s not a real petition, just an online platform for rants.

Piho talks about restoring civility in Exeter Township? What a joke! Is that how you do it – by maliciously slandering opponents who want to save taxpayers millions by getting rid of a useless golf course? Or is it just your petty revenge against a Republican who exposed you for the fraud you are?
Not to mention, change.org is easily manipulated – one person can count as multiple email addresses, and we’ve got proof that votes are coming from outside Exeter, thanks to the ERCCP hacks.
And the cherry on top? Greg Galtere is now the campaign manager for the Piho-Hamm ticket. SERIOUSLY?
