In a delusional rebuttal to our recent claim that Schnee will be out on his ear before November’s elections, this self-proclaimed legal luminary audaciously penned—without any mandate from the Board of Supervisors who actually oversee his work as per the Second Class Township Code—a resolution. This self-aggrandizing monologue is nothing more than a laughable self-promotion about his so-called contributions to the township.
Let’s pause here and let this sink in. A solicitor from a second-class township in Pennsylvania has the audacity to draft a resolution for supervisors to applaud his own ‘brilliance’? What kind of delusional world is he living in? And now, he’s attempting to interpret and essentially reframe the Pennsylvania second-class township code? Who on earth do you think you are, Chadwick?
We’ve always known that Chadwick Schnee of ‘Schnee Illegal Services’ was pathetically fixated on Supervisor Hughes exposing his blatant inadequacies. But this latest stunt? It’s a whole new low, even for an attorney as inept as Schnee. For the sheer audacity of it and because we can’t resist poking fun, let’s do two things: First, let’s highlight how Chadwick Schnee of ‘Schnee Illegal Services’ has made a mockery of nearly every principle in the attorney code of conduct. Then, we’ll dissect the farce that is Chadwick Schnee’s Resolution, showcasing his blatant detachment from reality. Seriously, does this guy have any dignity left?
Chadwick Schnee of ‘Schnee Illegal Services’ has an impressive track record, but not in a good way. Here’s a breakdown of his multiple breaches in attorney code of conduct and ethics:
- A baseless censure against Supervisor Hughes in June 2022, despite an investigation clearing Hughes, coupled with a concealed false allegation of sexual harassment and active participation in a malicious political slander campaign.
- A $30,000 blunder of a lawsuit lost against a journalist merely because Schnee took offense at their speech.
- The botched RHM hospitality contract, currently resulting in losses exceeding half a million dollars — a tab picked up by Exeter taxpayers.

- The audacious clause in his contract that allows him to slap the township with a $1,000 fine for any speech he disapproves of — and he’s exercised this absurdity already. Wonder whose voice Chadwick especially can’t stomach?
- Persistent denial of Right-to-Know requests from political adversaries, dragging the process on for months, while promptly approving requests that align with his political agenda in mere days. Case in point? Jupina, The Exeter Informant, and the Resume-Gate debacle.
- A questionable relationship with Township Manager Betsy McBride, evident from the substantial billing for communications with her, bypassing solicitor guidelines and township regulations.
- Under-the-table political donations disguised as legal counsel to both Bell and Vollmer, which he denied when exposed.
- A blatant lie in a public forum (caught on video) about his ignorance of meeting protocols and motion callings.
- The unethical outing of a complainant’s identity in a federal ADA complaint and subsequent harassment, breaching mediation rules.
- Malicious online slander, harassment, and bullying in tandem with his wife, the notorious Nurse Emily Diehm Schnee.
- An ongoing 18-month campaign of falsifying public records — manipulating board of supervisor meeting minutes into biased narratives against Hughes, which starkly contrast the actual video transcripts.
This is the ‘legacy’ of Chadwick Schnee.

His unsettling obsession with Supervisor Hughes is evident; his relentless scouring of social media, waiting to pounce on any comment he disapproves of, is both disturbing and unprofessional.
Schnee is the very reason our township is the butt of jokes throughout Pennsylvania. He had a chance to rise, to be notable, but he spectacularly botched it. We firmly declare that Schnee’s days in the legal world are numbered — he’s unfit for any lawful profession.
